Clinical Supervision
As a supervisor and therapist, my work is shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the world, the mind and the human condition. I see my role as walking alongside people as they explore and create their own path, supporting their growth as both a person, therapist and a leader.
Through my own personal life and years of working with complex trauma, communities and neurodiversity, I have come to understand that healing and peace emerge when we explore meaning admit the suffering. This understanding has guided me to broaden my training to community and narrative practices, supervision and leafedagip, somatic practices, cultural practices pf wellbeing and health and deepening my understanding in the intersection of how culture, gender, identity, philosophy and spirituality connect with ideas of modern medicine and Western Psychology. I truly believe that each person offers a unique way to explore the mystery of being human.
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, an Accredited EMDR Practitioner, and a Family Therapist. Clinically, I have trained in EMDR Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have also completed advanced trainings in parts work and dissociation.
My clinical supervisory practice continues to evolve through ongoing psychoanalytic supervision, professional development, and training. I draw on a range of evidence‑based approaches within a psychodynamic and relational frame that places the therapeutic and supervisory relationship at the heart of change.
“There is no greater source of joy and meaning in our lives than our relationships with others.”
